Benido:
the problem is: there are too many different player / target groups... this would be a big project since it would be necessary to use software like SPSS to get good results and really make a sense of all the feedback given in these polls!
Heitauer:
Just a suggestion regarding the polls question: Make a permanent poll for each user on the Home Page, asking for game, stakes, room, number of tables usually played, and ask for satisfaction with the software, support, fishyness, bonus program of each site individually. If the poll is placed prominently enough on the home page, users will update it regularly. You can then choose to publish the results of the poll regularly in the news or the forum, but you could also use the poll internally to see where there are problems. Of course for people to actively use that option there should be visible consequences from the results, and privacy concerns should be addressed.

Chris:
I suggest a vote for every partner site: "How pleased are you with your current pokerroom?" (1=coundn't be better; 6=hate the room, gonna leave) The results would give new players as well as veterans a good orientation where to start their poker career respectively to which site they should transfer if not happy atm. Would be an approach to all those "which is the best site for..."-topics...

Well, "active members" is just a term here. Of course members with 100+ posts or even more will be even way more above-average, but that does not tell too much: the causality could just be vice-versa. I.e.: Only if you are successful you will stay long enough to get the chance to write 100+ posts etc. So the big gap between 0-posters and 1+posters is the most meaningful - and even there it could just be a correlation.
