I just announced that for the first time on our German news page: in the future, we will offer our community another option to take part in our success, growth & development. The first thing it's about is our IT department that urgently needs new web developers and web designers. The reason why we start only in German although being a Gibraltese company is that our current IT team still is 95% German and uses German as the daily language. But of course, we will never reject any good foreigners, as long as they speak English, which more and more becomes our most important company language due to us being so international.
And although the illustration makes it seems so: we don't think it is a kind of modern slave trade – it is just another win-win situation. And I'd rather give the money to you than to some professional head-hunting companies ;)
